Sujat Sukthankar joined Regenity in April 2025. Sujat is a veteran of the medical device industry, having held senior R&D and general management roles at leading MedTech companies including Cynosure, Boston Scientific, and BD. Most recently, he served as EVP of R&D at Cynosure, where he led R&D, Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory functions. His previous leadership experience includes heading Platform Engineering at BD for its $1.7B Catheter Care Medication Delivery platform and serving as VP of R&D for Urology and Pelvic Health at Boston Scientific. Sujat has consistently driven innovation through a combination of organic development and strategic M&A. Earlier in his career, he held general management roles at Best Medical International and co-founded Rosses Medical Systems, focused on treatment planning and guidance systems for radiation therapy.
Education
Sujat holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Akron and an MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He has authored publications in peer-reviewed journals and holds multiple patents.
