Experience
Susan Miller is our Head of Human Resources with nearly two decades of experience in HR strategy and employee engagement in the manufacturing sector. She joined our team in 2023, bringing with her extensive expertise from roles such as Head of HR at PIM Brands and various positions at Evonik Industries, a global specialty chemicals company.
Susan is known for her collaborative approach in addressing business challenges and aligning HR strategies with organizational needs. Her leadership style and commitment to our Regenity culture are assets to our team.
Originally from Fair Lawn, NJ, Susan enjoys spending time with her two young adult children and has a strong affinity for the outdoors, particularly by a lake. She oversees our Human Resources function, based in Paramus, while also maintaining a presence across all our locations.
Education
Susan is a graduate of Rutgers University.
