Aaron brings more than 25 years of global operations and supply chain leadership experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. Most recently, he served as Vice President, End-to-End Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson Vision, with accountability for a $1B global business spanning manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Aaron has demonstrated a strong track record of driving enterprise transformation, optimizing global manufacturing networks, and delivering meaningful operational and financial results. Aaron’s experience includes building and scaling high-performing operations in highly regulated environments and leading multi-site global operations to deliver both near-term performance and long-term growth. He has consistently partnered across R&D, commercial, and finance organizations to translate strategy into execution, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and organizational capability building.
