Phil brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership in medical technology, with roles at Johnson & Johnson, Bioventus, and Smith+Nephew, and as part of a small team that built an early-stage healthcare company from the ground up.
Phil has operated in a wide range — He has run large, established orthopedic businesses, where scale and discipline decide the outcome. He has also built from zero, where speed and judgment do. In both settings his approach has stayed the same: build exceptional teams, understand the customer better than anyone, and execute without compromise.
At Regenity, Phil will lead our global CDMO and OEM commercial organization. His job is to expand our reach and deepen our partnerships with the companies bringing next-generation biomaterial technologies to patients.
